The upper level houses a series of bright, flexible office spaces arranged to support a productive and comfortable working environment. With extensive glazing throughout, the entire building benefits from a sense of transparency and lightness, promoting well-being and creating an inviting atmosphere. The architectural language is clean and minimal, with a focus on straight lines, open volumes, and a consistent material palette.

In this ArchViz project, the focus was on capturing the openness and clarity of the design. Natural lighting was key — using both daylight and interior lighting setups to highlight the spatial relationships and glass features. Materials were carefully selected and represented to emphasize quality and simplicity, helping the viewer imagine the building as both practical and elegant.
